Switch Schedule from Me to Shop and see every barber side by side, each in their own colour. Owners can move appointments and refund upfront payments from the same view.

Can I get started without a subscription?

Yes. Basic is free and includes your barber profile, booking and calendar management, messaging, up to 10 portfolio posts, and up to 5 services. You can explore Pro in the app when you need more.

Does Appointo take commission on my bookings?

Appointo does not take a booking commission. You receive 100% of each online payment minus Stripe’s card processing fee (UK cards: 1.5% + 20p per charge), which is deducted from the payout. Clients are not charged an extra booking fee. Your Pro subscription, if you choose one, is a separate recurring cost.

How is Pro billed?

Pro is purchased in the iPhone app through the App Store. The UK price for Pro Solo is £24.99 per month; local pricing and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can manage it in your Apple account settings.

How do shop teams work?

An owner creates the shop in My Shop and invites barbers using their Appointo email. Each barber keeps their own account, profile, and personal posts. The owner sees appointments and performance for that shop only, and can decide who may post as the shop. A barber can belong to one shop at a time.

Who receives the payment when a client books at a shop?

It depends on the arrangement the barber accepted when they joined. With Shop collects, online payments go to the shop owner’s Stripe account and the shop pays the barber separately. With Barber collects, payments go to the barber’s own Stripe account, and any rent or commission is settled outside Appointo. Changing a shop’s default only affects new invitations, never existing bookings.

How much does a team plan cost?

Team plans cover 2 to 10 bookable chairs on one monthly subscription managed by the owner. Planned UK pricing is £24.99 for the first chair plus £10 for each additional chair. Team plans are coming soon; the final price, and any change terms, are shown in the App Store before you subscribe. Barbers covered by a shop plan don’t need their own Pro subscription.

Can I still take walk-ins and pay-at-shop bookings?

Yes. Add manual bookings to your schedule for walk-ins, and offer pay-at-shop appointments. You can also block time and set your working hours so your availability reflects your day.
