Can I get started without a subscription?

Yes. Basic is free and includes your barber profile, booking and calendar management, messaging, up to 10 portfolio posts, and up to 5 services. You can explore Pro in the app when you need more.

Does Appointo take commission on my bookings?

Appointo does not take a booking commission. You receive 100% of each online payment minus Stripe’s card processing fee (UK cards: 1.5% + 20p per charge), which is deducted from the payout. Clients are not charged an extra booking fee. Your Pro subscription, if you choose one, is a separate recurring cost.

How is Pro billed?

Pro is purchased in the iPhone app through the App Store. The UK price is £24.99 per month; local pricing and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can manage it in your Apple account settings.

Can I still take walk-ins and pay-at-shop bookings?

Yes. Add manual bookings to your schedule for walk-ins, and offer pay-at-shop appointments. You can also block time and set your working hours so your availability reflects your day.
